What are your hours?
We're open 7AM–3AM, seven days a week, including holidays. The kitchen runs late, so you can get food well past midnight.
Do you serve breakfast all day?
Yes — breakfast is served all day, every day. Eggs, French toast, breakfast sandwiches and full plates, whether it's 8 in the morning or 2 in the morning.
Is Downtown Olly's a gay bar?
Yes. We're an LGBTQ+ bar and restaurant in downtown Indianapolis and have been part of the city's queer community for decades. Everyone is welcome here, whatever your gender, sexuality, race or background.
Where are you, and is there parking?
822 N Illinois St, Indianapolis, IN 46204, on the north edge of downtown. There's street parking nearby, and we're a short walk from the downtown hotels and convention centre.
Do you have drag shows?
Yes — drag shows, drag brunch, karaoke, trivia, comedy and live music. The full calendar is on our events page, and tickets for ticketed shows can be bought online.
What is The Backyard?
The Backyard is our covered outdoor patio and stage. It's where live bands, open-stage drag nights and bigger events happen, and it's available for private bookings.
Is there a cover charge?
Most nights there's no cover. Ticketed shows are marked clearly on the events page with the price — everything else is free to walk into.
Do you take reservations?
Not for regular service — walk in and grab a seat. Show tickets are booked online, and private events in The Backyard are arranged through our contact page.
Can I order delivery or takeout?
Yes. Order online for pickup or delivery, and we're also on DoorDash, Uber Eats and Rewards Network.
What is the age policy?
We're 21 and over with valid ID.
